Asthma Treatment
by: David Bradley

There are dozens of websites out there that claim they can cure your asthma. Most of them are pyramid selling scams and affiliate schemes, the others are just web spam. However, asthma therapy expert Janet Brindley MBBA BSc(HONS) BWY (Dip.) offers a way to take control of your breathing and improve or even eradicate symptoms through well-tested techniques based on the well-studied Buteyko method, which itself is a modern adaptation of ancient breathing techniques (Pranayama from yoga and related practices).
Brindley offers a simple approach to handling asthma based on the Buteyko method. It can really help you manage your symptoms far more effectively than inhalers alone. Under no circumstances should you discontinue using your regular medication except under the advice of your physician. However, reading this e-book, will teach you how to take control of your breathing, how to get the most out of your peak flow, and ultimately reduce your reliance on inhalers. Now, that's worth a read, surely? If you're in any doubt consult your physician. But, I've found it to be an enormous help, I've personally been free of any wheezing or coughing for quite some time now.
Brindley's
e-book is underpinned by peer-reviewed studies that demonstrate how
successful the techniques she advocates have been in actual clinical trials
on real asthma sufferers. She shows you how to side-step the problems many asthma sufferers
face, such as a dry tickling cough, breathlessness, and wheezing, and so improve your well-being through simple self-help techniques.
If you follow them correctly with the guidance of a Buteyko practitioner,
they will generally have a positive effect on
your quality of life.
The e-book gives you a 21-day action plan for asthma and comes complete with "quick fix" tips that can help you prevent the onset of sudden symptoms and avoid the vicious circle of coughing that is familiar to almost everyone with asthma. It is these quick fix tips that I've found most useful.
Isn't it time you took control of your asthma? Brindley's expert approach offers you the real chance of controlling your asthma symptoms and reducing your reliance on those blue inhalers. Think about it, following her simple regime could mean no more waking in the night breathless and coughing, less wheeze time, and more to the point a chance to enjoy a fulfilling life potentially free of symptoms.
Brindley's asthma action plan is available as an e-book (you can download the file ast.pdf here) or you can order a printed copy from Brindley's site. There is also a children's version of the book now available from Brindley.
