Science-based medicine, is not connected to Sciencebase.com, they just happen to have used the phrase science based in their blog title. It's a fascinating science based medicine blog and I've taken the liberty of rendering their RSS newsfeed (really simple syndication feed, just for the record) on this page to give Sciencebase readers easy access to their headlines.

They cover all kinds of stuff on the site, including investigations into clinical trials and expose much of the fluff and flannel surrounding alternative medicine, animal rights, misinformation about vaccines and other matters of importance to health and medicine.
