Asthma Treatment Book
There seem to be rather a lot of websites offering to “cure” asthma. Unfortunately for those of us who suffer this often debilitating disorder there is seemingly no asthma treatment that can eradicate symptoms with 100% success. However, there are ways to control your breath that can really help reduce symptoms such as wheeziness, breathlessness after exercising or in the cold, cut out “unnecessary” coughing and help you get a full night’s sleep without periods of wakeful nocturnal tight-chestedness. Yoga pranayama practice and the closely related Buteyko method should be high on your list of research.
You can find a download link for a pertinent ebook on asthma treatment from Janet Brindley here, it’s towards the foot of the page.

I have a lot of Asthma clients and believe me, there is not cure for Asthma. These phonies like to write ebooks about things they know nothing about. Managing Asthma is all you can do. I wish there was a cure because I would do it myself. I suffer silently and continue on with life.
