		<description>This is all well and good, and I hope it comes to fruition, but remember you&#039;re also limited in terms of your download rate from your ISP, and if you&#039;re like me and are already maxing that out with the current BitTorrent technology (and all current limitations), then it&#039;s really a moot subject. Maybe it will matter more in the future though.</description>
