  2. You might want to think about re-wording that “150-minute life extension”. I read it and thought, why would I bother to do anything at all in order to extend my life by a mere 150 minutes.

There are all sorts of claims like this…but I don’t think it’s a really good idea to do 90% heart rate bursts though if you’re not fit to begin with, the adrenalin rush and stress hormone release could cause a detrimental cardio event. It always strikes me as a quest for getting more for less when people offer such regimes. I only quickly scanned the article, but did they report how many people were tested?
