Superconducting motors sounds good. In my opinion that is not very modern idea. A lot of aviation companies are looking for new technical solutions, especially for military purpose and they should check this idea.
I suppose there will be some troubles with maintenance of cooling system. H2+O2= boom. That is very dangerouse for an aircraft and it s crew.
I wish you good luck in this way!

making a working electrical turbo fan engine for a commercial aircraft is not that difficult. am an inventor too and i did aeronautical science, so i do have a lot of design ideas. The problem is to convince the manufacturers that they too can make profit from this transformation or change. Sure we can talk on the scientific level about climate change, but in business its another story! we need a technology that is cheap, profit promising and environmentally friendly at the same time. in short we need to satisfy both worlds in order to succeed.

I have abetter idea on how we can prove an electrical aircraft. instade of using solar panels & battery which can not work for long hours. Here is "AVIATION LIGHT" i.e abetter idea which will make the aircraft to work for long hours without using fuel but it will only work on aircraft that uses propellors.

Sounds like this technology is far from being ready. This whole flying cars (electric aircrafts), time machines, teleportation. etc sounds more fairy tale than reality. I say we have better chances of stealing this technology from UFO's. Or maybe I'm just too pessimistic.

Peter, yes, when I interviewed him, he mentioned that the same superconducting motor could be used for a turboprop plane too.

Instead of an electric turbo fan jet why not concentrate on electric propeller type. Small prototypes are already tested. I am sure their technology could improve on present designs and there is a huge market. Electricity would be generated by fuel cell.
After all, the first aircraft had propellers and they are still in use.
