This whole flying cars (electric aircrafts), time machines, teleportation. etc sounds more fairy tale than reality. I say we have better chances of stealing this technology from UFO's. Small prototypes are already tested. I am sure their technology could improve on present designs and there is a huge market. Electricity would be generated by fuel cell.
