    Maybe not. Happy Winter Solstice to you sir, and a Happy Christmas, too! Science and faith, are as how and why, and don’t really address the same issues. Neither precludes the other. Am I just an old-fashioned free-thinker? There’s nothing wrong with being old-fashioned. I understand two plus two has equalled four for quite some time.

    If our goal as scientists is to educate and enlighten the average layperson using the powerful tools the ‘net provides us, wouldn’t it be more productive to engage than antagonize?
