The first edition of this post gave the peptide sequence of the minimal active unit as discovered by Palatin, I’ve now corrected this to show the structure of the actual drug, which is a cyclic peptide of sequence Ac-Nle-cyclo[Asp-His-D-Phe-Arg-Trp-Lys]-OH
