For example: the music that I choose to listen to while jogging is chosen for its high tempo and likelihood to motivate me.

Should I drop on the right song in my playlist when I hit the bottom of Billingley Green Lane, I&#039;m off like a rocket.

There&#039;s nothing even remotely comforting about my music in these situations. It&#039;s purely motivational, and I know it works...</description>
