		<description>That is a point worth repeating, which you have done, as I have made it several times from day one on my writing on this issue. Experts do indeed say that human to human tranmission is essential for a pandemic to emerge, another point that I have from experts is that &lt;i&gt;when&lt;/i&gt; the virus does mutate into a human transmissible form it is more than likely that it will be far less virulent that H5N1 for instance. If it kills people at too high a rate it won&#039;t be able to spread far, after all.</description>
