    Incidentally, and it’s really only a matter of ego, when you view the Alexa results for sciencebase, sciscoop, or indeed any other blog-based sites, you are not seeing anything like a true representation of their total visitor numbers because a large proportion of blog traffic does not originate in search engine results but from the blog aggregators, RSS news readers, and shared bookmarks sites like del.icio.us, digg, and technorati.
